There are many weight loss products that offer that fast weight loss results, however, are these really guaranteed? A fast diet and a kind of fad diet is the 3 day tuna diet.
Can this diet live up to their assurance of a fit body? In US, there is only 5 per cent are successful from an estimated 50 million people who’s try to lose weight. One thing is for sure, because there is no magic to losing weight, that’s why beware of fraudulent claims and extreme high cost.
Depending to your own physical constitution, the 3 day tuna diet can help to lose quickly weight maybe around 3 pounds. Some lose 3 and other people are losing 5 pounds while doing this short diet. It is great to get in shape very quickly to lose fast some pounds before going on holidays or a birthday, but there will be no long term success when doing this 3 day diet.
You have to drink a lot of water and tea when doing the 3 day tuna diet. This is very important to lose the pounds you want. You can eat 1 Egg, 1 Toast, Banana, crackers and something like this. You can eat of course tuna, crackers and toast in lunch time. Again don’t forget drink black tea or water. You can eat beef, tuna, broccoli, carrots, banana or cabbage for dinner. Following the 3 day tuna diet, some websites claim that you can lose up to 10 pounds in three days. That seems highly unlikely, and most websites that contain the diet do not include testimonials or anyone saying they have actually had success with the diet. The 10 pounds are not a serious number even though the diet is connected with a hospital.
The diet is floating around the internet a long time and there are better ways to lose weight quick but it is simple to use and a 3 day tuna diet is very popular. But, for long term the 3 day tuna diet is not the best. A good thing is you can eat a lot of tuna or not 3 days to lose weight but not specific for the long term success.
