The Benefit of Brown Rice Diet
Brown rice diet is a type of diet that very cheap and easy to do for detoxification. In industrialized countries, many health problems occur arising from the food. This food is a high processed food, like meat, fat, caffeine, sugar, alcohol, chemicals and dyes. This causes the acid in the body’s pH becomes high.
It is important to achieve a pH balance close to pH 7.0 due to the need to cure many diseases and also to accelerate the detoxification of heavy metals such as increased blood chemistry. Brown rice diet can eliminate or reduce many symptoms of diseases such as arthritis, obesity, allergies, sinus problems, headaches, chronic pain, skin problems, liver problems and digestive problems.

The best way to reduce your toxin load by including other detox therapy that makes you sweat like ionizing foot, exercise, hot yoga and far infrared sauna. Brown rice diet is better than water fasting or the Master Cleanse for the elimination of toxins for most people.
The brown rice diet can be well tolerated for one to two weeks. For breakfast, lunch and dinner, eat brown rice cooked in pure water. In order to stabilize glucose levels stable, eat five small meals of brown rice. Add the herb Cilantro to the cooking water of the rice for those who like the flavor of the herb Cilantro. This will go faster heavy metal removal. Drink a minimum of 6 to 10 glasses of fresh vegetable juice, herbal non-caffeine tea, and purified mineral or spring water. It is fine to add barley or wheat grass in liquid or tablet form. This will increase heavy metal removal.
