The soup is the filler that keep you feeling full and not hungry. In a seven-day cabbage soup diet plan you must eat cabbage soup which will either be combined with other food every day of the seven-day diet. For a week you should also eat fruits, vegetables, meat, brown rice, baked potatoes and other foods. So this will make you not bored and ensure that you are not empty.

You can eat all the cabbage soup as you want during a week when you go on cabbage soup diet plan. You can also eat as much and as often as you want. In making cabbage soup, you can use the soup recipe and spices that you like. Your weight can drop a few pounds fast without feeling hungry.
