<p>The carbohydrate addicts diet is conducted by separating meals into three parts per day in the first two weeks. You can have the two parts with what is called Complimentary Meals, consisting of three or four ounces of fish or meat, or two ounces of cheese, completed with two cups of vegetables of salad. The third part is called the <a href="http://www-fastdiet.com/diabetes-2-diet">Reward Meal</a>, where you can eat everything that you want, in any quantity. Still, it should be nourishing and well balanced. The three meals can be selected to be the dinner, lunch, or even the breakfast.</p>
<p>After the first two weeks of the <strong><a href="http://www-fastdiet.com/carbohydrate-addicts-diet">carbohydrate addicts diet</a></strong>, the consumption of food is planned depending on the goal that you want, whether you want it to lose more weight, or just maintain the weight after you lose some of it.
