<p>The acceptable source of carbohydrates in the sugar busters diet plan is mostly fruits and vegetables that are not mentioned in the type of the forbidden ones. The consumption of whole grain products and low fat dairy products are also acceptable as long as they are not added with sugar. The consumption of meat and fish is also to be done more carefully, by trimming fats from those meats and fish. <p>The desserts and appetites cannot be ignored as the common consumption. On the sugar busters diet plan, the issue is stressed in the consumption of alcohol and caffeine. This can be done by reducing the intake of saturated fat and avoiding drinking alcohol to reduce the cholesterol and triglycerides containing in the blood.</p>
