Eat More Often: It’s been said that if you eat four or five times per day, you will lose weight. Why? Because you are eating smaller meals and you are eating less at every meal. If you eat 5 times per day, your metabolism just kicked in 5 times that day. Therefore, your body is burning calories throughout most of the day.
