One thing you have to pay attention is remove all sugar from your meals. Then have at least 1g of protein per pound of bodyweight (to a maximum of 250g per day). You have to serve 3 fruits per day (stick to the high-fiber fruits such as apples or grapefruit and high-anti oxidant fruits such as berries). Last, you have to drink at least 4 cups of Green Tea.
