2 Quick Steps to Burn Fat Calories
There are good calories (energy) and bad calories (adipose fat) in our bodies. If you are trying to lose weight, then it is better for you to focus on losing calories from fat. This is the fat that your body has already stored as your ‘backup’ meaning that it will be hard to lose that weight. The best way to burn fat calories is to use these 2 relatively fast ways to lose weight.
The first thing you need to know is that your body is very powerful, it stores energy for when it thinks you need it. However, with modern technology and a large food supply, your body doesn’t need that function anymore. So in order to burn fat calories that has been stored as backup energy, you must find a way to burn that stored energy before ‘on-hand’ calories. The way you do that is by working out before breakfast, this is one of the main points in this article.
Exercising before your first meal does 2 things: it helps burn away stored calories (fat) and gives you more energy. Why is this? Well, since you are working out before eating, you are effectively using the stored energies your body has put away for those “hard times” such as low food supply (in which we don’t have now). To quickly burn off unwanted fat, do cardio fitness workouts before your breakfast everyday, it will shed the fat fast. Doing this also speeds up your metabolism, which is vital for fat loss.
The second best way to burn fat calories is to prepare smaller portion meals, but increase the amount of meals per day. For example, instead of eating three bigger meals, prepare six smaller meals and spread them apart evenly, I’d say 2.5-3 hour intervals. This increases the rate your metabolism functions and helps you burn off more calories than normal.
It’s best to eat a good ratio of proteins, carbs, and fats. You are not supposed to totally eliminate any one of those, since they are essential for your body to be lean and cut. A good ratio would be 35/45/20 respectively.
