Sacred Heart Diet
The Sacred Heart Diet has been around for a number of years. You see, it is also called the Spokane Heart Diet, the Cleveland Clinic Diet, Sacred Heart Memorial Hospital Diet and the Miami Heart Institute Diet. It is very similar to the cabbage soup diet.
How Does Sacred Heart Diet Work
Well, the Sacred Heart diet is based on a menu you follow for 7 days. The Sacred Heart Diet is one of the most systemized diet plans, with strict norms about what to eat on which day of the diet and what not to eat during the diet.
The Diet is made of eleven essential ingredients. The four ingredients that are a strict no-no in the diet are Bread, Alcohol, Fried foods and Carbonated beverages, including diet sodas. The diet will also gradually add lean beaf, fish, chicken and dairy products.
