Detoxify Your Body with Infrared Saunas

A new type of sauna that eschews the aspects of a traditional sauna is infrared saunas. Traditional saunas use steam to heat up the air within the sauna to make a sweltering environment in which the user can work up a sweat. The super-heated air still makes breathing hard, even if they do not use steam.

To heat your body directly, as opposed to heating the air around you, infrared saunas use infrared energy. Infrared energy is the invisible energy created by the sun that produces heat. Ultraviolet rays make sunburn, which are completely missing in an infrared sauna.

There are many benefits to using infrared saunas. They provide for a much deeper, detoxifying sweat because the infrared energy penetrates deep into your body. They are far more energy-efficient than traditional saunas because they take only ten to fifteen minutes to heat up. With infrared saunas, you never have any difficulty breathing. The cooler air temperature within an infrared sauna will allow for more overall sweating and allow you to stay in the sauna for longer periods.

It has been well recognized for the detoxifying effects of infrared saunas. The infrared energy allowing them to them be released from your body in your sweat, loosens the toxins stored in your body’s fat cells. The infrared energy they use to effectively heating your body from the inside out, also to heat your body actually increases your body’s core temperature.

Invest in an infrared sauna that can improve your overall health and detoxify your body. To simply make you sweat away the pounds, don’t rely on a traditional sauna.

I have noticed a huge difference since I started using my Infrared Sauna. I have more energy, stamina, and intensity during weight training. I’ve stated looking into hydrotherapy too, to help balance everything out. So the next addition will be something like a Steam Shower or Whirlpool Tub.
