The Basic Facts of PH Balance Diet
Conducting a ph balance diet means that you need to consider the amount of alkaline and acid in your meal. Both need to be in balance for them that really want to do the ph balance diet for a healthier life. The diet is suitable for them who disable to metabolize acid properly as what normal people do. It is not hard, since there is already the guidance that you can follow in conducting the ph balance diet.
The first that you should do is to consider that your meal should not only contain acidifying food only but also alkaline food as well. Some meals such as meat with pasta, fish with rice, cake and coffee is not recommended in the ph balance diet since they contains absolutely on acid only. They can be replaced by meatless meal of pasta with tomato sauce, and some desserts that are sweetened by white sugar can change the dessert. Adding some vegetables will be better, since it will pay for the acid that is taken from these foods.
The second thing in the ph balance diet is that the amount of alkaline should be greater in all of the meal that you consume so that it can balance and ease the metabolizing of acid by the body. It is since the weaker the person, then the buffer system of the person will be lesser, and this will be harder for the body to oxide acids. Putting greater alkaline will ease the work and maintain the balance of acid and alkaline.
The other thing that should be remembered when someone conducts ph balance diet is that consuming meals, especially plant-based food such as fruit and vegetables only cannot be done in a long period. This is because you will get inadequate protein from these foods only so that it will not be an effective ph balance diet.
