For AM snack, the menu for low fat diet is taking 1 apple-medium size with peel, then 1 banana-medium size 8 inch. For lunch, menu for low fat diet is taking 1 apple-with medium size with peel, then 2 bread whole wheat-slices, then 15 cup of mayo, 3 ounce of turkey breast or white bread.
